The meeting is at the end of the second year of activity of the Value Water Community for Italy, the high-level comparison platform activated by The European House – Ambrosetti in 2019 which deals with the issue of water resource management as a driver of competitiveness and development, with the aim of making proposals to the country system. The Community has the ambition to significantly affect the path of modernization and sustainable relaunch of the country system.
The event on March 23 will be moderated by Mariangela Pira (Journalist, SkyTG24). Among the speakers who will speak: Luca Mercalli (President, Italian Meteorological Society), Silvia Bartolini (Head of Marine Environment and Water Industries, European Commission – DG Environment), Edoardo Borgomeo (Honorary Research Associate, University of Oxford), Federico Properzi (Chief Technical Advisor, UN-Water), Sister Alessandra Smerilli (Professor of Political Economy, Pontifical Faculty of Educational Sciences Auxilium) and Valerio De Molli (Managing Partner and CEO, The European House – Ambrosetti).
