After extensive testing and checks in various certified laboratories, Maddalena’s DS TRP multi-jet meter family was awarded DVGW certification on July 30, 2019. The modern and innovative water meters of the DS TRP series thus meet the specifications of DVGW Code of Practice W421 “Water Meters – Requirements and Tests”.
What was tested in detail?
In principle, everything that is necessary to guarantee the longest possible service life and reliability of the water meter has been tested. A great deal of attention is paid to the materials used, as these are generally used for drinking water installations and must therefore meet particularly high hygienic requirements. Furthermore, it is checked whether the materials used do not release any substances into the water and whether the water meters do not suffer any damage even under higher or highest pressure loads.
