ollowing an Ethics Audit, commissioned by a partner company, Intertek has certified that Maddalena meets all the necessary requirements for the Workplace Condition Assessment (WCA) Achievement Award; rewarding the efforts made in the management of Human Resources.
During the audit, Intertek has assessed the general quality of work through various indicators such as: Labour (quality of work); Wages and Hours, checking the working hours, wages and benefits of employees; Health and Safety in the workplace, controlling the safety of machinery, emergency management, prevention of workplace accidents and any health risks related to work; the Management Systems and the Company’s Environmental Impact, evaluating the environmental, emissions and waste management systems, as well as the collateral activities carried out with an eye on Corporate Social Responsability.
This important recognition certifies how Maddalena cares about the well-being of its employees, the quality and safety of the workplace, as well as of its products.
